Catechetical Sunday ~ September 20, 2020

Preparation this year, has been a labor of love and dedication by all those involved, under the guidance of Father Charles and our amazing Director of Religious Education, Michele Beha, to put together a program that is comprehensive, inspiring, engaging and safe for our children and their families as we begin this school year under the restrictions and protocols of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our volunteer catechists were called forth and comissioned on Sunday for their ministry as instructors of the faith and as witnesses to God's teachings.

Catechetical Sunday is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the role that each of us play, by virtue of our baptism, in the profession of our faith and in being witness to the Gospel.  We must rededicate ourselves to this mission as a community of faith.  We must speak our faith with enthusiasm and conviction both with our words and in our actions.
